Galaxy S3 content.

Hi,

Im wondering if anyone used 1 of these?

Boxed Samsung Galaxy S3 i9300 MHL to HDMI HDTV Cable Adapter USB MICRO | eBay

I dont have an internet enabled Tv,but it does have a USB port or 2,Im wondering if i bought the above would that enable me to watch content from my S3 on my Tv?

Also what about streaming sites etc via my phone onto my Tv?
