Galaxy S3 fails often

My galaxy S3 fails several times a day, even when it is on the charger, new battery installed, didn't solve the problem, reboot didn't solve the problem. I used several chargers no solvation. Is there anyone who recocnises this problem and has a solution?

When you say "it fails", is it random force closures?

Is your battery draining at a very high rate?

Can you even make a phone call or open an app?

What carrier do you have?

Please be specific with your issue so we can try to help.

It just shuts down and I just have to reboot and the phone works normally . Battery last for about 16 hours. What do you mean by carrier?
An other problem occurred recently, the microphone doesn't work anymore, only when I make a recording with the videocam I have sound. Reboot no solution.. I can't use my phone anymore... nobody hears me..

I just found out that there are 2 microphones, apparently the cameramike is still working and the other one is broken. I allready found that it can be replaced for a reasonable price (35 euro). Next week off to the repair shop!

Based on the age of the phone... And it's multiple problems I think you may be throwing good money after bad.

I'd consider looking for a new one... Or at least a newer second user one.

Since there appear to be multiple problems, might it be worth reflashing firmware before tossing the phone? If it does not fix it, you will not be out anything extra.
Just my 2 cents worth.
