Galaxy s3 internal memory please help

hello everybody i just wanted to ask because i had galaxy s2 before and the internal 16gb wasnt for apps but i heard that in the galaxy s III the i can use the 16gb for applications and stuff..thanks alot

The 16gb gets split into partitions, you get 11.35gb available for apps and other media can be stored either on that or an external sd card.

As it stands thus minute, an sd card can not have apps installed to it, but this may change with time.

XplosiV said it right, as for now the SD card cannot store apps, only the 11GB of the internal memory will serve that purpose. If you want to install many heavy games, then 11GB are going to fill up very quickly.

Ok my last question will the internal memory be enough if i dont install heavy games..and will it be enough for handling the cache of the small apps??

In that case, yes, mine still has 8GB and I have many apps installed. I store music and personal data on the SD.

With heavy games, you can always move the data/data/gamename directory to the external SD card as storage whilst it's not one you're playing. Not ideal but saves you installing and redownloading the data every time.
