Help Galaxy S3 keytone problem

My Galaxy S3 keyboard sounds are not working, even though the option for keyboard sound is on. Notifications and hepatic feedback are both on as well. Factory restore sorted out the problem once but i cant keep on restoring the phone every second day.

Andriod version 4.0.4

Help would be much appreciated thanx!!!

Have a GS3 for 2 weeks now and finding my way around it (1st Samsung).
Always have my key board sounds off, but just turned them on because of your post. Guess what? No sound.

May be because of another setting, I have not played around with them as I said, I don't like to have a keyboard sound.
Will have a try later 0015am here.

Found the solution problem was the system sound, under the volume option in the sound menu was turned off.
