Galaxy s3 mini Bluetooth paired to car but will not stay on ?

Set up samsung galaxy s3 mini Bluetooth to car and paired straight away but throughout day Bluetooth disconnects itself hundreds of times and then sometimes switches itself back on??? As a taxi driver a phone is my lifeline.........any ideas?
