Sorry if this has been mentioned before. The wife's S3 seems to have died a death.
When switching on the S3 reboot image is stuck and wont open up. Tried rebooting several times stayes on the S3 opening page tried removing battery, the same.
When plugging in charging lead the an empty battery appears, i thought the battery might have died so bought a new battery, all still the same.
It is an old phone and might have just come to the end of it's life.
Anybody any thoughts on kick starting it.
