Help Galaxy S3 S Voice not working

My S Voice app has suddenly stopped asking me what I would like to do. The blue light is there, but when I try to give a command, there is no response. I tried to fix the problem my clearing my data a few minutes ago also. It temporarily fixed it, but now it's down again. Can anyone help me with this?

sure your still connected to wifi or data(3G,4G,LTE)?

Yes, I am on my school's college campus. I get full wi-fi or data everywhere.

It worked fine for the first few days I've been here, but now it's on and off.
