I have an AT&T Samsung Galaxy S3 (about 1 year old), and it's running 4.1.2. It's rooted, and has been working O.K. and then all of a sudden (without dropping it or it getting wet), my power button became super sensitive (I barely touch it and the phone shuts off) & the phone will turn off by itself if I leave it on my desk. It also turns off in the middle of my using it (i.e. if I'm sending a text it will shut down). Sometimes it'll restart instead of turn off, but it won't fully turn on when it restarts (it'll look like it's booting then go black). It also doesn't always start when I push the power button.
Finally, it's started forgetting saved information - wifi networks I used daily (I have to sign in again & I'm having issues signing into some - I'll enter the correct password and the network will say saved, secured but not let me in), apps I used require me to sign in again (Facebook, GroupMe, etc), and my default keyboard went back to the stock one (I used the Google keyboard). I've looked through other threads but I have no idea what's going on. Please help?
