Galaxy S3 stuck in Safe mode due to hardware issues

[Android Question]

My samsung galaxy s3 was going into safe mode and accordingly I had given it for repair. They said that the system has hardware failure and hence the mobile will works only in safe mode. Now I dont have money to do the replace the hardware. Can you help me to use Watsapp and Facebook application in safe mode? If that can be done, I can use the phone for the time being and when I gets money I will change hardware.

Your help on this will be highly appreciated.

With hardware failure, there is no way (as far as I know) due to most of the methods we have for modifying any phone here assume that the phone has all completely working hardware. A quick search brought up no solution for your issue I'm afraid, however I will keep looking, and if I can find anything I will post it in here

Hold on, something just occurred to me... what hardware problems are you actually having? Is it stuck keys or is your phone fried...?
