galaxy s3 with sygic

HI friends,,,,i installed sygic navigation from market but when i try to run that application the screen becomes black with an icon of sygic at top,,,,nothing happens then,,,,i cant even go back by using back button,,,only can go to home screen by pressing center buttons,,,there is no further downloading of the maps which shd occur when i run this first time,,,,,uninstalled n reinstalled several times but same response every time ,,,,,,,need to solve this thing

I cannot help with your problem, but had a problem in my first download two years ago to a Vizio Tablet.

I resolved the problem via the Sygic help forum. They seem to be responsive

Presently I use Sygic on two S3 phones and the tablet with no problems.
