Help galaxy s4 mini problem

Hi there. I reset my samsung galaxy s4 mini. After that I could not download anything or save anYthing to the phone memory. It is being written that download failed or saving failed. Something must have been blocked my memory. What can I do?

You don't say why you reset it - if it was to fix or undo something that might be relevant information.

Had you previously made any modifications to the phone software? What a reset does is erase user-installed apps and data, and that's all, so if you modify system software a reset won't fix it. This also means that if you have a bad system update a reset won't undo that.

If you have made no changes then a reset should actually clear odd problems. Try pulling the battery out for a few minutes to make sure the RAM is fully cleared.
