Hi, I have a Galaxy S4 Verizon that was pre owned, I got it as a game playing device, and I was wondering if I could use it to text through my phone (not smartphone) it is rooted and I have a old sim card (not with phone number) it doesn't matter too much if it works or not but I would really like it to. Thanks.

Help Galaxy S4 texting through different phone

It's not completely clear what you are asking, but I think you want to write texts of the S4 and send them through the other phone - is this correct? I've never heard of such a thing, and am sure it's not a feature of any SMS app I've met, and of course it would rely on the dumbphone having software that would allow it to behave this way as well. So I think it's very unlikely.
