Help Galaxy s5 battery problem

I woke up at about 8:00 and it is now about 11:30. I started with 100% straight from the charger and now it is at 71% . I went to my battery page on the settings of my phone (galaxy s5) and it said:
2 hours 35min on battery so far
22% display
16%Google play services
14%android system
9%avast
9%AccuWeather
7% android os
4%chrome
4%media server
4%cell standby

To me I think this is bad battery compared to my brothers s5 who still had 100% way longer than I did. Do I need to get a new battery?

My first bet is that you have an app or some services misbehaving. I'd try GSam Battery Monitor, look at the various options under the Hoover, especially wakelocks, and see what the real culprit is.
