I wish to know if there is any app or method so Galaxy S5 boot loader to become password protected?
So neither Odin to be able to re-flash the phone with any ROM.
Practically any one wants to destroy your day, he can take your phone for a minute, and by entering at safe mode (boot loader) he can activate restore to defaults and your phone it is there but empty of apps , data and settings.
I did an experiment with finger tip lock activated, and at boot loader mode the phone accepted to be wiped out.
Data restoration by Smart-switch did not restored settings as for example home screen settings which I had made ( apps icons ) and several other user preferences and even email account settings.
My GPS app and all apps which was having saved files for offline operation they lost all stored data.
It took me more than 2 hours to get the phone back at my very own preferences, and to update required files by the installed apps.
