Galaxy S5 - Delete Unwanted/Junk Files

Hi,

My 16gb S5 recently started to run out of space almost constantly. I clear the cache about daily, and still apps can no longer update. I have 762MB free space currently. I move apps over to my SD card, but when they receive an update they get moved back onto internal storage. My music is all stored on my SD card, same with pictures. Miscellaneous files are what confuse me, since that's 5.5GB of used space.

Apps: 8.56gb
Pictures, videos: 65.46MB
Audio: 1.16MB
Downloads: 55.75MB (yet Downloads are empty)
Miscellaneous: 5.5GB

How do I find out what these misc files are? I don't trust just downloading some "Space Cleaner" app in the Play store, do you have any recommendations?

I am running OptimalROM R13-1, Android version 5. I haven't "played" with this phone in terms of custom ROMs in over a year.

Suggestions?

Thanks in advance!
