My phone is the Galaxy S5. My carrier is Sprint.
I had to do a factory reset to solve some major problems with the phone. I used the Samsung Kries3 application (I prefer it over the new "improved" application) to back up everything on the phone. I did a restore after the reset and all my data was restored except for my voicemail messages. Does anyone know why I lost the voicemail messages, and more importantly, how to restore them, if possible?
