Galaxy S5 mini that will work in both USA & Israel

I am looking to buy on Amazon a Galaxy S5 mini unlocked that would work for Tmobile in the US and for Partner (used to be Orange) in Israel. What should I look for?

I don't think that any variant of that phone is fully compatible with all bands and modes in both the US and Israel.

Certain more recent Samsung devices maybe better in this respect, like "international" S7, S8, etc.
