Help Galaxy S5. Rooted for months. Random reboot loop, happened overnight.

So, I've had the Galaxy S5 for about two or three months now. I of course rooted it right away with no problems at all. Last night sometime my phone begun reboot looping. I did not find out until I woke up and felt that it was very warm. It will go to my home screen and I can move things around for about 30 seconds before it reboots again. I have already wiped everything and restored my stock rom to no avail. The odd part is, that it only reboot loops IF it is connected to my carrier, or if it is connected to any wifi. If I remove my SIM card and turn off any wifi it is or can connect to, it stays on indefinitely. Only when it is connected to my carrier or wifi does it constantly reboot. I am currently trying to download stock firmware to flash with odin, but I am fairly ignorant to the phone game and would love any ideas that anyone may have on how to fix it.
Edit: It is Verizon, Sm-G900V, 4.4.4

Update: So, I have done nothing at all to it for an hour or two. I decided to try it again with the sim card and now it has been working for about 20 minutes. I had dropped it, making it disconnect violently from my wall charger the night before. Maybe it got shocked somehow.. or something.. That's my only conclusion. Will Edit if problem persists later on. Which, knowing my luck it most likely will.
