galaxy s6 edge mp3 apps won't work

My husband and I both bought the new s6 edge this weekend. We downloaded the same mp3 apps, his will search,load and download music. My phone won't do it! It either will get no results or only 3 songs for an artist. What's wrong?? I a if a setting in my phone??

It may help if you tell us what app you are having problems with: "unnamed app works on one phone but not on another" doesn't give us much to go on.

However, since you say it's a download app, but not which, I'll just warn you that forum rules forbid us discussing apps which violate copyright, e.g. by offering free downloads of material where the copyright holder has not given their permission for the material to be distributed that way.
