Galaxy S6 facebook messenger problems

I have Lg G4 and messenger works perfect but my wife has Samsung Galaxy S6 and features she wants like flying hearts when someone sends you <3 or valentines gift that was available on 14.2.2016 she didn't get. She reinstalled it several time, deleted cache but nothing still doesn't work. Please help.

Those features are added on the server side. If she tried clearing data and force closing then relogging in and it didn't add the Valentine's features then it probably won't happen.

i just did everything again like clearing data and force closing and relogging and reinstalling and even facebook app reinstalling but nothing

Go into your messenger settings and click on "report a problem" Then follow the instructions.
