Galaxy S7 Edge "failed to play video"

So I recorded a video about 2 weeks ago, today a try to play it and i get this error saying "Failed to play video. An unknown error has occurred."
it has happened with 2 of my videos already. I used to play them quite often because i would show them to others and now i get this

I just experienced the same thing yesterday. Unfortunately it was a video that can't be replaced and I am sick about it. I spent 2 hours at my T-Mobile store and the manager tried her very best to help me and even contacted Samsung and they synced to my phone and still could not get it to work. I am praying it miraculously fixes itself or someone posts a step by step tutorial on how to resolve this.
