Galaxy S7 Edge serious battery drain issue please help

it drains like crazy, 80% in 7 hours ( 3 hours display on)

what should I do?

I already tried reset factory setting but seems no help

My 1st move would be ditch Battery Doctor.
Uninstall it,you don't need it,or,any other battery saving apps.

2nd recommendation:
Relax.
The phone is new,check again in a couple days,battery life should get better.
If after a week & battery is still not up to par,consider getting it replaced,before the return for a replacement window closes.
