I have a Samsung Galaxy S8, SM-G950F running Android 8.0, Baseband G950FXXU2CRF1 and Kernel 4.4111-13760092. This phone is in the as received condition and no attempt has been made to flash it. I have checked the phone for viruses etc using two different apps and they both state that the phone is clear.
With the phone asleep pressing the power button or the Home button sometimes makes the phone start showing the Home screen but often makes the phone start up with blank screen. Pressing the Home button then produces the Home Page.
