Galaxy S9+ will not connect to PC

Hi,
My Samsung Galaxy S9+ will Not connect to PC when I plug in USB lead. It says "slow charging".
I wish to transfer my photos.
I am using the original lead, have enabled USB Debugging, and chosen MTP for the USB option, but it still does not show up in Windows Explorer (Windows 10).
I have tried re-installing the Samsung USB driver again as well.
Does anyone have any suggestions, please?

How exactly did you install the USB driver? Just a stand alone driver? It could be outdated. Download SmartSwitch for PC.
