I've been having this problem for a long time but it's getting to be too much. I've looked online and not many solutions for my specific phone comes up.

I would be doing something else, not even touching my phone, pick it up and find that one of my apps is open and running. It would be a game, some app I need, the internet or the phone app. It doesn't matter, an app that I have installed just suddenly opens. I checked my phone for threats like viruses and malwares. Nothing. I tried accessing developer options but there was nothing to do there. I tried going to "Force Stop" and stopping every app from suddenly opening up for no reason and that didn't do the trick either. Although that could be that it does stop for the rest of the day but I shut down my phone every night. Does that reset everything and make "Force Stop" not matter and I have to "Force Stop" for every app every time I restart my phone? It's like a ghost or something is touching my phone and opening up the apps! This is a real problem obviously because if an app is opened without my knowledge, the battery life drains. It's funny sometimes because sometimes I hear music and wonder where it's coming from before I pick up my phone and realize that a game is opened!

Another issue which is not big because I can catch it and stop it immediately. I would open an app to do something and another app opens up instead! It's like my phone's being dumb and not understanding what app I asked it to open.
