Galaxy SIII how to take screenshot?

I am trying all combinations, but, nothing works. I remember I used to use it a year ago, without any installed GooglePlay plus app.

Any ideas?

From the Settings- Motion - Enable PALM TO SCREENSHOT feature. I'm not Touchwiz user anymore but it is there by this name.
With this feature enabled all you have to do is just Swipe your palm over the screen and it will take screenshot. Like this


Second method is to press POWER+HOME button until you see the screenshot taken or hear the sound of a click.
