So i have a Galaxy Tab 10.1 (Model: SCH-I905, Version 4.0.4) that is having an issue where the data on the device wont reset. Multiple methods have been tried such as soft and hard reset, data reset, cache wipe, and simply letting the battery run dry. When one removes the data manually like deleting accounts or apps the deleted stuff, as well as any changed settings, return to as they were before after restarting the tablet. Even the factory reset doesn't get rid of any of it. I have made sure that the backup system and accounts aren't being rewritten but it still replaces everything that is remove when it is restarted. Any advice or suggestions are much appreciated.

I have used Odin to flash a early version of the stock firmware ( only version I could find) and then let the tablet receive OTA updates back to 4.0.4 over WiFi.
