How do l download adobe flash to my samsung galaxy tab 2 10.1 model gt-p5113 android version 4.1.1

Adobe Flash is no longer a supported app in the Play Store, so you will have to find the .apk file by searching Google. Once you download it to your phone, find the download folder and run the .apk to install it. You will have to have permissions for apps not installed from the Play Store turned on.
