Help Galaxy Tab 3 1.0 not working or charging.

Hi,
Just out of the blue my Galaxy Tab 3 1.0 GT-P5210 suddenly stopped working
The SAMSUNG logo shows up on screen then flashes to Android man and reads Installing update THEN flashes to Android man laying down and reads no command.

Hold Power button+Volume down + home button shows --Low battery The voltage should be above 3.4v

Also can get to screen that shows..

Acustom OS can cause critical problems in phone and installed applications, If you want to download a custom OS press Volume up key. otherwise volume down to cancel.
Pressing volume up...Shows Android man and reads Downloading (do not turn off target) But doesn't seem to be downloading anything.
Also at top of screen shows:
ODIN MODE
Product name : GT-P510
Current binary: Samsung official
SYSTEM STATUS : Official

I have searched for answers but cant seem to find one,

Help would be much appreciated,

It may your battery end of life.If the device like this:
1:Can't boot or boot stuck and shut down.
2:Battery voltage too low for operate

Usually device need 3.5v-4.1v to operate.

I suspect your battery can't be use anymore.You need buy new battery or if you have warranty,go to dealer

Cheer for reply, It's not battery as brought new one and it still doe's exactly the same thing. i was hoping someone had had this problem, it pisses me off as i cant even get into a boot menu.
