I don't think so. From the pic, t's a snap-fit, and the GTab and GTab2 (what the cover in the link you provided is for) are different thicknesses.

Checking out the dimensions of both units the Tab 2 10.1 is 1.1mm thicker than the Tab 10.1. So the Tab 10.1 would be a tad loose in the above case. The length and height are are the same for both. So I suppose with some very minor modifications the Tab 10.1 could be made to fit snugly.

Update:
Took the risk and bought it, received it today and it's a perfect fit for the Tab 10.1!!!
