Galazy S3 on AT&T or Verizon ???

I have an AT&T sim for Straight Talk in my Wife's Galaxy S3 (GT-I9300) and it works fine. Problem is that last I looked (couple weeks ago) you can't get a AT&T network sim directly from Straight Talk and need to find one else where (eBay or such). Even my daughter's Galaxy S2 (I9100) and my Galaxy S4 (I9500) all work fine with the AT&T Straight Talk sims.

So all I need to look for is an UNLOCKED S3 & buy an AT&T Sim card Do they all unlocked phones have a sim car slot or does the card insert into the SD Card slot?

No, the SIM does not use the SD slot. There are 2 sizes for most cell phones right now, the I9300 uses the micro size, but you can cut the larger size to fit. I also will say, not to look for just any unlocked S3, it needs to be a model number that uses the frequencies that AT&T uses if you want to use an AT&T network Straight Talk sim in it.
