My mother in laws gallaxy note 2 will not turn on. It said low battery plugged in said something about an update. We thought it would update and now nothing. It will not turn on no matter what we try!! Any suggestions.
Check the battery isn't warped from heat. If so, get a new one. If battery looks OK leave it charging overnight. If you still can't boot it needs to visit a repairers. I take it you are using the correct charger?
