Gallery ignores folder structure?

On my SD card I have the Folder "Pictures" and inside it, I have the folders "Monday" "Tuesday" and "Wednesday" and each of them have pictures in them. When I go to the "Gallery" it has the 3 Mon-Wed folders, but they're not inside of a "Pictures" folder, even though they are if I look into the SD Card with the file viewer. Is there any way to make it so that when I go to the gallery, I see the "Pictures" folder, then inside of it, I see the Mon-Wed folders?

Try QuickPic, the gallery app has an explorer mode.

To set it in explorer mode tap on the picture icon (in the header) and check the Explorer check box.
Tab a second time on picture icon and choose List ... voila
