Can someone explain how I can get some of my pictures to appear in the Gallery application? It's showing a picture of a cloud with a download looking icon. See screenshot. Thank you!!
Do you have your pictures set to sync to Google Photos? Sounds to me like your pictures are uploaded as soon as you take them and the gallery app needs them to be local.
I'm not sure the stock gallery can show the photos without downloading them first. Is there some reason why you don't want to use Google Photos? That will show both cloud-saved images as well as the local pictures.
