Hi, My device is LG G4. Since last day, most of the images in my galley are not accessible. When I open gallery, all the folders are shown white color and when I open a folder, all the thumbnails are in black.
I tried clearing the gallery cache, media storage data, tried installing Quick pic. But nothing works. This is not the first time it happens to me. Earlier I do a factory reset and issue was solved. Later again when this issue occurred, I approached LG service center and they adviced me that issue is because of the Memory card. Since then I am not using any SD cards in my phone. But last day this issue resurfaced again.
Please help me.
