Help Game data from iPhone to N5

I have moved from an iPhone 5 to a Nexus 5. Its awesome, I love this Nexus and the android platform. I do have one question before I clear out my old iPhone. I have game data from my iPhone that I want to move over. Saved game data. How can I do this. I just don't want to have to play the games all the way again or re purchase game stuff again.

Unless the game developer has provided an option for cloud save and migration to a different platform, I don't think you can move your game data from ios to android.
(If I'm mistaken, hopefully somebody will provide instructions)
