I have the le pan tc970 cant play some games on it like candy crush try to see why

It would appear that it is an issue with the game. All specs on your device do match the games requirements. Other owners of the device are experiencing the same issue with the game it would appear as you can see here http://androidforums.com/le-pan-tc-970/741891-how-can-i-play-candy-crush-saga.html. Email the game developer using the google play store contact method. Be specific about your device model including processor,memory available,etc.,also explain the error in detail with process stop prompt message so the developer can figure out why it crashes on your device. I suggest joining the forums so you can keep in touch with other le pan owners and get more specific help with the device if need be. Again welcome to the forums hope you get the game running eventually.

Hello and welcome to Android Forums! You came to the right place...
Does it install, then not work at all? Or do you mean that in the Play Store, it says the app is incompatible with your device?
The reason for asking is i once bought GTA3, played it for a few hours. Then the next day after flashing a new rom the app was now incompatible.
Has the game ever worked on it before?
Its possible that there is an easy fix. With some devices, games/apps can be incompatible due to the program not having GUI resources at your device's native resolution. With some roms you can make those apps work but i havent read alot about it. Ill post back here in a bit after doing some research, as i have been meaning to figure this out myself as well.
