GameBoid FAQ - How To fix it

Many people seem to have a big problem getting GameBoid to work. I'll cover every step here, but I can't help whith if I don't start properly or other similiar issues.
Well well well. Let's start:

  • Download GameBoid. If you can't find it, your phone can't handle the game.
  • Download GBA Bios. This is a really hard one to get, and Google also've shut down some hosts. ROM's are considered illegal, and Google respects so. After searching in 2 months, The Pirate Bay is the only host i've found.
  • Start GameBoid. Yo'll notice a selection to appear, and it wants you to select GBA Bios. Do as they say.
  • Download a ROM. A ROM is the actual game, and you therefore cannot play games whithout it. I use coolrom.com when I download all my ROM's.
  • Start GameBoid, and select a ROM. Start GameBoid again, and another selection will be viewed. It now wants you to select the ROM (game( you want to play. Select it & enjoy!
 
Not to be mean or anything, as I respect you trying to spell things out for people. But there are a few things wrong with your post:

-Gameboid has been free for a while now, since yongzoh got kicked off the official market. It's at GameBoid | SlideME , anywhere you pay your getting ripped off. There no longer is a "lite" version.

-The gba bios is ridiculously easy to find. Just put "gba bios" into google and it pops up on the first link. Can't get easier then that.

Oh, thanks. I got my a while ago, and then... Ohwell.

But that wasn't my occasion. After going through +10 goddammned googlepages, I FINALY got a proper link.
 
I don't know what the problem with. Googling "GBA bios", pretty much every single link on the first page has a working link for the bios file. So i cannot fathom why you had to search 10 pages for it.
