Help Gameboy Advance games transfer from phone to sd card

I use my wife's phone to redownload Gameboy Advance roms to her phone so the way I can transfer them from her phone to my phone cuz my phone is shut off I need to know how to transfer the roms from her phone to my sd card she has Motorola MOTO E second generation 4G LTE I need to know how to transfer my Gameboy Advance roms from her phone to my sd card and it does not have file manager on her phoneand her phones from boost
