games to play when not connected ??

are there any games you can play whilst not connected wifi or otherwise, quite often i am in a remote location with no connection, every game i look at and download seems to need a connection, simple games will do, but i need to play them without the need for a connection, and ideas would be great thanks MrsM

Most games can be played without an active connection. You'll see a lot of games say they need the internet permission, but this is just for ads. So if you disable your 3G/Wifi and have no data connection, they'll still work and you can play without ads.

hmm, thats odd, a few that i downloaded, just say no connection and then wont do anything, can you think of any that i can try, i like puzzle games - like jewel quest that sort of thing, rather than cutting peoples heads off with swords (do enough of that in real life - well breath fire until they go away lol)

Hmm...interesting.

One of my favorite puzzle games was Unblock. It has a lot of puzzles. Refraction and Apparatus are also is a good games.
