Garbled emails

I recently purchased a Samsung Stratesphere- No problem with email exchanges through my Gmail account however work emails are a nightmare. Any email that I reply to, the receipent's original message is garbled- the letters of the words are symbols...My company IT guy says it is the phone....Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks,

You are not alone. I have a Samsung Galaxy II and have this problem intermittently with Gmail. Sometimes I can send non-garbled emails there are times not. It seems ok when I send with my yahoo. Didn't quite experiment on why but it now seems to be a bother. Sorry I cant be of help but if I find out, I surely will post it here.
