Can anyone help me with this.
How can i get the Gameboid emulator
And when i try to go to the android market, it says it doesnt work and i need data plan to get acess.
Is there anyway that people can help me with?

When does it say that you need a data plan? Because if your connected to wi-fi downloading should be a smooth process.

I don't know what phone/tablet you have but try to turn off and on the wifi button on the device and make sure the wifi sign is up in the notification bar. If it is and Android Market still don't work try restarting ur device...And if android market still wont work and ur sire u have wifi turned on I would recommending heading over to the xda forums and seeing if other people have problems who have the same device as you and if their is a fix...

In the mean time if other then the market app ur wifi works good on the device you can download stuff here: https://market.android.com/

I have tried both, and both doesnt work. The market site says that my account is not sycned with an android. The market app says it cant connect, even when wifi is connected.

You said "my account is not sycned with an android" which usually means wrong gmail password...I know it is a simple thing but check amd make sure you have ur gmail and password right, remember in passwords caps do matter.

And if that doesn't work you will prob have to do a factory type reset(Settings->Privacy->Factory data reset)...It will erase your google account settings on your phone so you can re enter them, but sadly it will also erase all your apps also, thats why I didn't suggest it unless it is ur last choice.
