Lurker
i just got the gameboid emulator and everytime i try to load a game it says the correct bios file needs to be specified in settings can someone tell me what this means

download ROM Gripper

then when you open Gameboid, Click on the ROM Gripper Icon (top left) and select a game there. (try searching for a game you want as looking thru all of it might take you years. LOL)

Download and Play.

When you exit and reopen Gameboid, always click on ROM Gripper Icon and Press Menu and click "List Downloaded" to view your previous games. :)

You need something called gba.bios.zip.

For me I was automatically asked if I wanted to download it the first time I opened the program.

If you don't get it I'm sure a quick google search of gba.bios.zip or some other search including keywords such as android and gameboid will get you an answer

Google 'GBA bios download'. Click on the first link. Download the file to your device. If you've downloaded it as a ZIP file, unzip it somewhere sensible on your devices SD card (I would suggest your ROMs folder).

Once you have done this, go to the settings menu in Gameboid and click on 'GBA BIOS file', then find the unzipped BIOS file and you're good to go.
