Yea, Google "GBAoid" and try and find a free download. Then you'll have to use romhustler.net or coolroms.com to download roms. (the game itself) Got anymore questions on Emulators just ask me. OR check the threads.

Yeah, Gameboid is a good one. Unfortunately the developer got into copyright issues with the Android Market. He hosts his stuff on SlideMe now and most of his emulators are free.
