Gbox Midnight Ethernet issue

Hello,
I have a G-box midnight and I wiped clear without backing up files. I reinstalled all the apps that I use. I now have a problem showing that my Ethernet is disconnected. WIFI works great. I am not familiar with android os. Do I have to install some driver like I do in windows to have hardware to be recognized. Please advise.

I know this is an older post but I am having the same issue right now. my g box tells me that ethernet is not connected.
from one day to another. did you come to a solution back then?

Ethernet should default to work. Check the cable that you connect to the G-box (for example, connect to a laptop), the problem may be that the physical connection.

Yup, first thing to check is that your ethernet connection is actually OK. Try it with another device or computer.
