Gear 360 pictures

I use on my Gear VR the app Samsung Gallery on a Samsung S7. When I see the 360 pictures made with the Gear 360 and I click in Samsung Gallery on "Album"I can see the pictures in 360 mode. I have copied a photo made with the Gear 360 to my laptop and when I open this picture with Samsung Gallery via: Network and submap on the network Gear 360, the pictures is pixelised and blurry.
Anyone a solution?

I'm surprised you were able to do that much! The Gear 360, I'm sad to say, is Samsung abandonware. The firmware no longer works; I can't stay connected to it long enough for it to function; and the gallery app crashes as soon as it opens. Samsung dropped support long ago and has nothing to say on the subject.

What's really unnerving to me is that it has LOCKED the 400GB microSD card I was using in it! I have yet to find any app or program to UNLOCK it... making it unusable and worthless unless I can format it.

Apparently the Galaxy S7, and other devices running Android 10 or lower, are still able to use some functions of the Gear 360. According to the Gear 360 app on Google Play, however, support has ended as of August 2020: so as time passes, it will become increasingly unstable and unusable for all devices.
