Gear fit 2 with Oreo

I updated my Pixel XL to Oreo recently and found that the gear plugin app frequently crashes I am not able to remote install apps to my watch anymore.

Any idea when this will be fixed for Oreo?

Changing a Rom such as you did and you will have to do a setup as if the watch is new. There is an "easier" way on XDA but for most folks the old fashion way is best!

Try to upgrade your watch also, if can.
