gear s2 work email issue

Hey guys. Just got a gear s2. Love it however my main thing I was hoping it would help with was reading work emails. I receive the emails but cannot open then. It says can't open due to security reasons. When I set this up on my phone I had to encrypts phone. Is there anyway around this ?
 
This forum is specifically for Android Wear devices. Your Gear S2 is not an Android Wear device. It runs on Tizen.
