I purchased this 5 days ago, all I received was an email with an order number. If I go to Samsung's website it says no order found. I called their order support number. Sat on hold for 1 hour 1 minute, emailed the support page twice no reply. Page states they will respond in 24 hrs....Can anyone check the status of their purchase?
