Geek going to Vegas, where to buy cool stuff

So I am from Brazil and going to NABSHOW in Vegas, April 12-15. I want obviously to buy some stuff that is too expensive here, like a new phone, games and etc...

Does anyone have any tips on good places to buy?

Also, can I get an android phone at a good price without doing the plan (I dont think they will let me sign up for a plan having no fixed residence on US).

Any tips are welcome :)

Fry's is about the best place that I can think of. It's just south of Mandaly Bay on the strip in a new shopping center called Town Square I believe.

Fry's is like the king daddy of electronics stores. If you have ever heard of Best Buy or been inside of one, then take that times 10 and you'll have a Fry's. Their prices are comparable to everyone else, but they just have more of it.

I never have been to a Fry's, so I would take derek533's recommendation.

I like best buy! It the only one near me.

Frys in general is great and has good prices and great sales. They also have a liberal return policy (though it won't be at issue with you, since you live out of country). That said, the Fry's in Vegas is even bigger than most normal Fry's...I stopped by there on my way home from CES. Huge store! If you want to see the types of things they have, you can visit Fry's Home Electronics | Computer Parts & Accessories, Software, Games, TVs, Cameras - Frys.com .

I don't know how easy it will be to find an unlocked Android phone though...
